En l'état

EN L’ÉTAT, 13 juillet 1999-Aujourd’hui.

En l’état est un corpus de photographies prises sur le vif à la fois autonome et séquentiel.

Inventaire du quotidien, collection de thèmes et d’obsessions, répertoire de formes, de gestes, de situations ou encore d’incidents (…), En l’état est lié à la notion de réceptivité dans laquelle on se retrouve face au monde. 

Chaque image agit comme un mot avec lequel je pourrais ou vous pourriez écrire des phrases, des poèmes ou encore raconter des histoires. Une sorte d’encyclopédie modeste, humoristique et poétique de mes errances dans les espaces publics et privés.

Cet ensemble regroupe des dizaines de milliers d’images, aujourd’hui en cours d’indexation.

AS IS is a collection of photographs taken in real-life situations, at times autonomous and sequential.  Inventory of everyday life, collection of themes and obsessions, index of shapes, of gestures, of situations or incidents ( . . .), This collection is connected to the notion of  receptivity in which we find ourselves facing the world.   

Each image acts as a word with which you or I could write phrases, poems, or even tell stories.  It is a sort of modest, humorous and poetic encyclopedia of my wanderings in public and private spaces.  

This collection brings together tens of thousands images that are in the process of being indexed.
